Ever since the horrific events of his past, Muichiro has never been in association with anyone. Not even the Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka! However, his memories of those horrifying events began to return to him, and he became stronger and started to show his true self. It took him some time before he could truly trust anyone, but eventually, his newfound strength and confidence helped him win the hearts of many.
Mist Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps
Hashira are the elite members of the Demon Slayer Corps, and they are skilled swordsmen who protect their fellow members. In the anime, Hashira are the highest rank outside of the Corps’ leader. The series has nine active Hashira, each with their own breathing technique and style of fighting. Each has a special ability that makes them stand out from the rest. Here are some fun facts about Hashira.
Muichiro Tokito is the former Mist Hashira and a demon hunter. He has a great amount of skill and is the youngest hashira in the corps. He was a prodigy and ascended to the Hashira rank in just two months. His intense willpower and simmering anger make him a very powerful demon slayer. His superior strength and stamina are essential in Demon Slayer victories.
Mist Hashira’s appearance and abilities were revealed to be somewhat different than those of her twin brother, who had a much larger frame. Before the twin’s death, she was a cheerful person with an optimistic disposition. She showed kindness to everyone she met and wore prayer beads everywhere she went. When she was chosen by the Demon Slayer Corps, she had no memory of her twin brother, which changed her personality and gave her the nickname “Mist Hashira”.
Muichiro is the airhead member of the team. He struggles to focus and think clearly. He thinks about his own actions and doesn’t let emotions guide him. While he often shows up impassive, Muichiro is capable of turning serious when needed. This trait makes him dedicated to his role as Mist Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. A brief history of Muichiro’s character can be read at the website linked below.
Youngest Hashira
As the descendant of an upper rank one demon, Muichiro possessed the moon breathing ability, similar to his older brother. After the death of his twin brother, however, Muichiro lost his memory and was filled with a deep rage. He became a hashira in order to protect his family and friends. However, the death weakened his personality to the point where he became overly trained and developed an omnipresent rage.
The Youngest Hashira of Muichiru is the Mist Hashira, and she used the sword style Mist Breathing. At fourteen, she was considered a prodigy in the Corps, and became a Hashira two months after joining the Demon Slayers. Nezuko Kamado is the youngest Demon Slayer and is only 12 years old at the time of her transformation. The Death of the Youngest Hashira of Muichiro is the most shocking episode of the series.
As the Youngest Hashira of Muichiru, he is the most impressive Demon Slayer yet. Only two months after picking up his first blade, he becomes a Hashira. His true strength and discipline are revealed during the final battle against Gyokko, where he sacrifices his own life to kill the Demon. He is also the only one to have killed two Demons at once, and that makes him a child prodigy.
The Youngest Hashira of Muichiru possesses a great sense of duty. The young Hashira does not act like an adult, but is often immature and not centered on his own needs. While Muichiru can behave like an adult, he is essentially a child when interacting with his fellow Demon Slayers. Despite being a talented Demon Slayer, Muichiru is also quite childish.
Swordsman
The series begins with a demon named Amane visiting the twins. As the summer season approaches, the demon appears and walks into the twins’ home. Muichiro sees the demon and pulls back. In the process, he sees the upper lunar Gyokko and strikes the demon with a hammer. Muichiro is enraged and beats the demon to death in the street.
Muichiro’s incredible strength is derived from his awakened rage, which drives him to act with superhuman determination. When he fought with the Upper Rank One Kokushibo, he had to endure unthinkable physical trauma and yet kept fighting. His amazing strength and stamina made him one of the most skilled swordsmen in the series. He incorporates the Mist Breathing style to his fighting style.
The Demon Slayer Mark is a special ability that Muichiro acquires in order to fight the Fifth High Moon Gyokko. It is comprised of red mists that greatly increase Muichiro’s attack and defense power. This allows him to easily eliminate the Fifth High Moon. It also causes poison effects to his opponents. In addition, he can now use his powerful Demon Slayer Mark to escape Fifth High Moon Gyokko’s attack and defense.
The Demon Slayers’ uniforms are reminiscent of the kimono style of clothing. Muichiro, however, wears a dark blue shirt with longer sleeves. The sleeves are also reminiscent of kimono sleeves, but do not have any bands around the calves. His zori are white with dark blue straps. Despite his air-headed personality, his swordsmanship is top-notch.
Speedy reflexes
Muichiro’s combat skills rely on his speed and his ability to react quickly. He can throw his opponent off balance and leap high into the air to deliver countless ranged slashes. He also has a unique attack called the Moonlit Mist, which uses a circular slash to disorient an opponent by drastically changing tempo. Muichiro’s nimbleness allows him to move and fight quickly, and he can do so even when he is hidden.
Muichiro’s speed is comparable to teleportation, which allows him to blitz demons. He is capable of moving at extremely high speeds, and can keep up with even the most agile Upper Rank demons. His incredible speed was on display during the battle against Gyokko, when he was able to deflect a thousand needles and slice through a sea of 10,000 slime-fish in a blink of an eye.
One of Muichiro’s most amazing abilities is his ability to see through the world. He has a unique ability to see the blood flow through his opponent’s body and joints, so he can predict their movements and attacks. During a battle with Kokushibo, Muichiro dyed the Nichirin Blade crimson red in order to better counter the Demons’ power and regeneration.
Despite his small build, Muichiro has tremendous strength. During his fight with Tanjiro Kamado, he was able to knock him out with a single blow to the neck and did not even move. Similarly, his speedy reflexes allowed him to dodge and react to fast attacks from opponents. This is an incredible skill that many other fighters cannot match.
Callous attitude
The callous attitude of Muichiro is reflected in his behaviour, especially towards Kotetsu. Although Kotetsu was a Hashira, Muichiro still regarded him as an idiot. In fact, the incident that made Kotetsu break his battle doll left Muichiro deeply devastated. At this point, Muichiro considered abandoning people to the demons, but his actions were turned around when Tanjiro stepped in.
Before the death of his twin brother, Muichiro was a compassionate and hopeful boy. He had been following his father, who believed in doing good for others. After the death of his twin brother, however, his heart and empathy turned to bitterness. He began to display an almost callous attitude towards those around him. He also started showing bias towards the twin brother’s friend, Tanjiro Kamado.
This callous attitude manifested itself in an event when Kokushibo was defeated. Kokushibo was defeated by the help of Muichiro, who dyed the Nichirin Sword red to prevent his opponent from regenerating. This decision allowed Muichiro to land a critical blow on the Upper Rank One, causing him to collapse. In addition, Muichiro’s ability to see the Transparent World has enabled him to judge demon auras.
