If you like watching anime and games, you should definitely check out the series Kokushibo Demon Slayer. This action-packed manga series introduces the demon slayer, who has become a legendary hero among Japanese video game fans. It features four main characters: Muichiro Tokito, Yoriichi, and Gyomei Himejima. Throughout the series, they battled with each other, and they even got marked. They were all set to fight alongside the Demon Slayer.
Muichiro Tokito
The character Muichiro Tokito was born as the descendant of the upper rank one demon Kokushibo. His father had taught him the moon breathing technique, and he inherited these skills. Although he exhibited some demon slaying traits, Muichiro was generally a good person. He believed that one should do good for others if one wishes to receive good things in return. His twin brother was killed when he was only eleven, and Muichiro suffered a devastating loss. After that, he developed a pervasive anger, which he would later express.
When he was young, Muichiro was raised by a poor family of lumberjacks. His mother died of bronchitis, and his father, who was also a lumberjack, died while trying to fetch medicine for his dying wife. Because of this, Muichiro was raised by his brother, who was older than him. Muichiro’s father, Yuichiro Tokito, was not an easy person to relate to. In fact, he didn’t even know his brother’s name, and he couldn’t remember the names of his father and brother.
In the beginning, Kokushibo is impressed by Muichiro. Initially, he seems like a demon, but as his power grows, he convinces himself that he is a descendant of the demon Kokushibo. This impressed Kokushibo, and he suggested turning Muichiro into a demon, which Muichiro agrees to.
In the manga, Muichiro wears the uniform of a Demon Slayer. This is more reminiscent of a kimono, though Muichiro’s sleeves are longer than the typical kimono. His zori are white with dark blue straps. Muichiro also wears a blue belt. These are two of his best known moves, and they serve him well in the series.
Amane often visited the twins’ house. After the demon came back to the twins’ home, Muichiro and his brother, Yuichiro, went after him. Muichiro, however, did not hesitate to attack the demon himself, destroying it with his tools. In a moment of rage, he beat it to death on the street.
Gyomei Himejima
Despite her powerful martial arts skills, Gyomei is an unassuming, reserved character who embodies the archetype of the gentle giant. Often seen carrying prayer beads, Gyomei offers prayers when the situation calls for it. Her religious upbringing may also explain why she can cry over small things. However, her loyalty and devotion to others is unfailing.
Physical endurance is a great asset for Gyomei, who fought the Kokushibo despite suffering minor injuries. Another advantage Gyomei has over the Kokushibo is her incredible hearing ability. She was able to recognize the sound of Muzan Kibutsuji’s flesh regeneration, and she used the sound of the chains to guide her flail and axe.
Though Gyomei is aware of the incident with Genya, he tells Sanemi not to ease off with her attacks. In response, she uses her Fifth Form: Arcs of Justice and Stone Breathing to destroy the demon. This is a powerful technique that makes Gyomei more powerful than her opponents. Despite this, the other two have the ability to use it in various combinations.
His abilities were impressive as well. Kokushibo praised Gyomei’s natural physical abilities, saying that he hadn’t seen another warrior with his ability to use his weapons at such a high level for over 300 years. His ability to control his sword and to throw it with ease is also a strong point. He noted that Gyomei and Sanemi are two of the most capable combatants in the series.
The demon slayer also possesses several abilities, including Moon Breath, Ninth Form: Waning Moonswaths, and Tenth Form: Drilling Slashes. These abilities increase the attack range of the Higher Rank. This technique cuts Sanemi’s arm and calf. However, it cannot kill the demon slayer.
Aside from her powerful weapon, Gyomei is also capable of seeing her enemies. She can even see their perfect image in her mind. Her whipping weapon is similar to kusarigama, which consists of an axe joint and a spiked flail. Her power is enhanced by the sound of the chain. This skill helps her wield her weapon effectively and efficiently.
Kokushibo
As a human, the Kokushibo possessed extraordinary physical endurance, and he had a special advantage in the battles with Gyomei and Sanemi. Gyomei’s massive spiked iron ball barely made a dent, while the marked Sanemi barely made a scratch. Despite the weight of her massive flail, the sun had seared her neck, and the Demon Slayers slashed her head with their swords. The two swords eventually turned bright red, and both were slashed away, breaking her neck and letting Gyomei take out her axe.
In the Sengoku era, Kokushibo was a human who was an accomplished swordsman. He was the older brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the founder of the Sun Breathing technique. Kokushibo, however, never had the chance to leave behind his twin and struggled to rise above his jealousy. He was also the first to use Moon Breathing, which evolved from his predecessor’s Sun Breathing technique.
As a child, Kokushibo harbored resentment toward his younger twin brother, Yoriichi. He was jealous of Yoriichi’s extraordinary talent and was convinced that he would die before reaching the age of 25. The jealousy continued until the end of his life, when Kokushibo died. A few years later, he was haunted by regret and regretted his decision.
As the strongest Demon in the Upper Moon group, Kokushibo was the strongest. He is also the first and most powerful of the twelve kizukis. Kokushibo’s ancestors Muichiro and Yuichiro Tokito became kizuki demons. His backstory tells us that his father, Yoriichi, was a demon slayer who was envious of him. The enviousness between the two brothers led to his developing an inferiority complex, which ultimately led to his violent demeanor.
The Demon Slayer Mark was awakened while Kokushibo was still a human. The mark gave him an advantage over his opponents. He also has kinetic vision that is superhuman. This allows him to see through his opponents and anticipate their next moves and attacks. He is also capable of regeneration, regenerating entire body parts and even the head. The Demon Slayer Marks also give him a superhuman physical power.
Yoriichi
In the manga, Yoriichi kokushibo is a demon slayer who fought against demons. He was born with a birthmark that he misinterpreted as bad omen. As a result, his father almost killed him, but Akeno stopped him and saved Yoriichi’s life. As a result, he became one of the most powerful demon slayers of all time.
Unlike most of the other demon slayers, Yoriichi slashed Kokushibo’s throat and saved him. Afterwards, the two became demons and fought against each other. Yoriichi fought back, but he was unable to beat Kokushibo because his flute was broken. Kokushibo was very angry and tried to kill him, but it was too late and he died of old age.
During his childhood, Yoriichi was mistreated due to his birthmark. His father had threatened to kill him because of the birthmark on his forehead. But his mother gave him earrings, which he still wears today. Eventually, Yoriichi was able to speak and became a priest. Yoriichi’s kokushibo demon slayer story is quite interesting.
Kokushibo was an extremely powerful swordsman. He was the second strongest swordsman in the modern era, after Yoriichi Tsugikuni. Despite his great skill, Kokushibo remained perpetually jealous of his twin. Ultimately, his insecurities were what caused him to fall. And he didn’t get to be like his twin.
Another amazing skill that Kokushibo possessed was the ability to communicate with Muzan Kibutsuji. When he slashed Akaza’s arm, the monster was so shocked that it took a while for Akaza to realise he’d been struck. He then used his powerful Mist Breathing techniques to outrun his opponents. In addition, his ability to teleport allows him to get summons to Infinity Castle and slay demons all over Japan.
Besides his sword and shield, Yoriichi also has a flute that he uses to kill demons. He uses it to fight Muzan, who was one of the strongest characters in the manga. But Yoriichi underestimated his opponent and fell short in a one-on-one fight with Muzan. Luckily, he was able to overcome Muzan using the flute.
