To begin, let’s look at the timeline of Five Nights at Freddy’s. The first game takes place in November 1981, and the second one follows in October 1987. Animatronics are first used as extra security in the restaurant. Animatronics are also used to protect the employees from violent assault. The events of FNAF are not linear. The story is not linear from start to finish, so you must be aware of that.
Five Nights at Freddy’s
Despite the fact that the franchise has a definite beginning and end, there’s no definitive Five Nights at Freddy’s timeline. However, fans have come up with their own timelines based on the games’ storylines and gameplay. The following timeline contains major events from the series and includes various game pieces. These pieces can be put together to form an official timeline, but there are gaps between them.
“The Nightmare Before Christmas” is a game where the animatronics are hostile, as they are created by the vengeful spirits of the children that died in the restaurant. The previous night guard, named Phone Guy, is present at the restaurant and helps the player fight these animatronics. Eventually, Mike, the guard in charge of the restaurant, is fired due to tampering with animatronics and body odor, as well as general unprofessionalism.
“Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” is set in a different time period. The events in “Five Nights at Freddy’s” are connected to each other. In the second game, Jeremy Fitzgerald is the night guard. He’s suspected of being the victim of the “Bite of ’87” as well as other similar events in the series. In addition, Jeremy Fitzgerald is also mentioned in “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” through a text message, which is based on a different source.
“Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” introduces a new character, The Puppet, which plays a large role in the series. He is responsible for the haunting of the animatronics. The Puppet’s ghost is also the ghost of Charlotte Afton, the daughter of Henry Emily, William Afton’s former business partner. This character also appears in the Pizzeria Simulator.
Animatronics
In the FNAF timeline, we find that the Animatronics are increasingly aggressive. In addition to their aggressive behavior, the animatronics have begun to appear in different situations in the series. Among these is the Sister Location, where a child is shoved into Spring-Fredbear’s mouth. The sister location has multiple spring lock failures and an endoskeleton that may be Brown Bonnie’s backup.
Animatronics were first introduced in the fifth game in the series, Five Nights at Freddy’s. These animatronics first appeared in the FNAF franchise in the game, which takes place in 1983. In the game, the player plays as Michael Afton, son of William Afton, a famous animatronics manufacturer. In this game, Michael explores a warehouse filled with animatronics, which have been hired by the Fredbears Pizza company.
Animatronics were also present when the Second Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza opened in October 1987. This game was released after Jeremy’s week at the FFD, and the Animatronics are introduced as an additional security measure. In FNaF2, William and Jeremy are reunited, but the situation is not the same as in the FNaF timeline. As a result, Jeremy Fitzgerald and his team have been working in the second location, and they have fixed the crew. The Security Puppet is present to keep Charlie safe, but William eventually kills her outside of the building.
During this episode, the Animatronics are not neutral, and they are actually hostile. This time around, the Animatronics in the Nightmare Before Christmas are hostile, and the player must defend himself from these robots. During the night, the player must take a phone call from the previous night’s guard, known as the Phone Guy. After the seventh night, Mike is fired for tampering with the animatronics, body odor, and general unprofessionalism, which is not a good combination.
Help Wanted
The PlayStation State of Play event streamed a teaser trailer for Help Wanted and confirmed the release date for the game as Spring 2019. The game will feature a new model of Bonnie and a new story. Spring Bonnie and Funtime Foxy are no longer available and have been replaced by Nightmarionne and Funtime Foxy. The PlayStation State of Play event also featured a demo of Help Wanted. It features Five Nights at Freddy’s gameplay, the Bonnie repair section, and Vent gameplay.
The game features a new player character named Gregory, who becomes trapped overnight in the Mega Pizzaplex. He must survive against automated security robots and hacked mascot characters. The player character will also face an unknown entity, called Vanny, who is a security guard and appears to suffer from dissociative identity disorder. In the original game, Vanessa was the main character. She suffered from dissociative identity disorder, but in the VR version, she is a different person.
The Five Nights at Freddy’s universe is incredibly complex and eerie. The games are arranged chronologically, but this is not a canonical timeline. The timeline is based on the author’s interpretation of the games. For more information, check out the official website. The game has many other spinoffs, which you can check out on the Five Nights at Freddy’s Timeline.
Locations
The locations in the Five Nights at Freddy’s series have long been an important part of the franchise. While there is no definitive timeline, many fans accept this as an accurate representation. Here’s an example of a location on the FNAF timeline: Fazbear’s Fright attraction. The Aftons were the main characters of the series, and it is believed that William Afton played the role of Freddy. The attraction eventually burned down in Fazbear’s Fright 3; however, both Aftons escaped with their lives.
Second Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza opens in 1983. After Jeremy finishes his week at the second location, it closes down. The Toy Animatronics that William is using to protect his daughter and other employees are created. The original location is closed after the events of FNaF 4, and the new one is opened in early November 1987. In the first location, Charlie is killed by William as he waits outside of the restaurant. William then begins rebuilding Michael as a realistic robot. He injects his body with the remnant.
Characters
There is no definitive canonical Five Nights at Freddy’s timeline, so fan theories can vary widely. The above timeline is based on the author’s own interpretation. However, it is an acceptable assumption among many fans of the franchise. This timeline is based on the games and other media, and is not a set of canonical events. Therefore, it is up to the reader to determine its accuracy.
Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 takes place after Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria has closed, and introduces the antagonist, which has his own history and character. It also sets up the next two games. While there are no official dates for the games, they are believed to take place in 1993 or 1994. The player assumes the role of Mike Schmidt in the game, but the location is different from that of FNAF2. The story of FNAF3 revolves around a man who is disguised as an animatronic suit.
After the events of FNAF1, many characters have returned. However, some are recurring. For example, William Afton, who is fired in the first game, is still on staff as a Security Guard, although he is now a recurring character. In FNAF 2, Day Shift positions are mentioned as becoming “available” again. In FNAF2 and FNAF3, this position will be reintroduced.
