If you’re looking for a good dungeon to complete in Destiny 2’s Hive-themed expansion, the Pit of Heresy is for you. This power level 940 dungeon will feature a boss and three-player co-op play. Here’s what you need to do to get the best possible results in the dungeon. And don’t worry if you don’t have the right gear – this guide will show you how to beat the dungeon with just the minimum gear.
Destiny 2’s Hive-themed dungeon
The latest DLC for Destiny 2 adds a new dungeon, the Grasp of Nokris. The Hive, like humanoid creatures, use a unique glyph system known as the runes. The Hive use these runes to power forbidden Hive magics. Hive runes have no difference between meaning and word, but when they are destroyed they bring literal death.
The Hive are a race of alien beings who worship Darkness and believe in Sword Logic. Their culture revolves around the destruction of other civilizations, and is based on a pantheon of dark gods. This is a challenging dungeon, and it isn’t for the faint of heart. But if you are a fan of the Hive, this DLC is for you. It’s an enjoyable and challenging way to learn more about Destiny 2’s new world.
While exploring the Hive’s dungeon, players will find out more about what they’re up to. The Hive have been hunting Guardians and collecting Light. The Guardian must work with Ana Bray to find the Lieutenant of Hive with the worm’s influence and destroy the Aspect of Savathun. The Guardian must fight the Aspect of Savathun, an embodiment of the Hive’s belief in Savathun.
While the Hive’s dungeon is a new addition to the game, players will have to spend multiple hours in the dungeon to earn its reward. The Hive’s God of War, Xivu Arath, has been marshaling his influence in the Solar System. During the process, Cryptoliths began to burrow deep into the material plane, rooting themselves in the Ascendant Realm, and calling nearby beings into Wrathborn.
It is a three-player dungeon
The Pit of Heresy is the second three-player dungeon in the Shadowkeep expansion. It is accessed by completing the quest “Deepening Wake,” which requires you to kill 20 Nightmares and open a Tier III chest located at the Altars of Sorrow. The dungeon has five waves, and failure to kill the final boss will send you back to the fifth wave.
While the game is a bit difficult, it is possible to complete it flawlessly. The key is to prepare your team well. First, ensure your teammates can’t die. You should equip your team with solar resistance and Concussive Dampener chest mods, which reduce area-of-effect damage. Also, make sure you swap weapons before the interaction button hits 100%.
Pit of Heresy is a dungeon that requires at least average skill to complete. It can be completed solo or with a fireteam of three guardians. It is recommended that players have at least average level of experience and knowledge of mechanics and steps to complete the dungeon. Once they’re done, they’ll unlock the dungeon.
The first enemy you encounter is the Pit Keeper. The next enemy is the Accursed Swordbearer, who holds a magical sword that you can use to kill. You’ll need to fight three of these enemies to unlock the next area. Once you’ve killed all of these three enemies, the ruins will crumble. Then, you’ll be able to move on to the next level.
It has a boss
If you haven’t yet done the pit of heresy, you’ve been missing out on a great event. This 940 power level event will test your skills against champions and hive enemies. The boss in this dungeon, Zulmak, requires strategy and relying on mechanics. When the fight begins, Zulmak is immune to all damage, so you’ll need to use orbs to damage him, and make sure to place them into the receptacles all around him. Also, be sure to kill all sword knights and minibosses to get relics.
The boss in the Pit of Heresy is easy to kill, but it’s worth following some basic strategy. Before attacking the boss, you’ll need to collect relics from nearby towers. This means killing enemies and dunking void orbs. It’s a good idea to take cover in the damage zone if you’re not dead. If you’re able to defeat the boss, you’ll be rewarded with a masterpiece piece of Pinnacle equipment.
Once you’re high enough in power, you can tackle the Pit of Heresy with the help of your Fireteam. It’s a fun dungeon that features a boss and has a lot of mechanics, so it’s best to use a Fireteam with a few players. Once inside, players will fall into the Pit of Heresy one cliff at a time. Make sure to use your Guardian’s jump ability wisely.
It’s a power level 940 dungeon
The new dungeon, Pit of Heresy, requires a character’s power level of 940 to enter. It is a three-person, challenging dungeon full of puzzles and a powerful boss encounter. The rewards in this dungeon include Pinnacle gear. Pit of Heresy is recommended for power level 940 players who are ready to take on more difficult dungeons.
Pit of Heresy is a power-level 940 dungeon that requires a Fireteam with high-quality gear. There are no Champions in this event, so it is recommended for players who are a power level 940. A good loadout for this dungeon is a combination of Solar damage and Mods. A witch shield, for instance, will help keep you safe from the Hive. Other good items to stack are Divinity, Sun based harm, and Izanagi’s Burden. Fireteams should also take note of the rally barricades.
Once you’ve cleared the pinnacle, you’ll need to search the map for additional pinnacles. Once you find these, kill the Hive Wizard and foes that surround it to get the rune. Afterward, the rune will disappear and you will be rewarded with a chest. In the meantime, you’ll need to continue fighting through the pinnacle to obtain the chest.
It has a quest
The first mission in the Pit of Heresy is called “Altars of Sorrow”, and it rewards players with exotic weapons, ships, cosmetics, and more. Once completed, the quest will grant the player access to all weapons and armour in the game, including the new Premonition Pulse Rifle. In addition to its quest rewards, this dungeon also contains a hidden encounter called the Xenophage.
When you complete this quest, the quest reward will be an awesome new weapon, but you’ll need to complete a number of public events to get it. The first step is to activate the dungeon from the map. Next, you’ll need to kill at least twenty Nightmares in the Alters of Sorrow, and then you’ll be able to go to the Pit of Heresy.
The second Pit of Heresy encounter takes place in a large cavern on the left side. The room is glowing green and features a giant rib cage. A plate on one of the platforms will activate an orb. Once you’ve found the orb, you can take it back to the previous encounter and then dunk it in a door to get to a hidden room. It’s a very tricky section, so be sure to have mobility and a jump-heavy set of gear for this section.
When you’re finished with the main campaign, you’ll be able to explore the new Dungeon in Destiny 2. To unlock the Pit of Heresy, you must have access to the Shadowkeep and be able to speak with Eris Morn. After you talk to her, you’ll get a quest involving the Hive. You’ll also need to have a Power Level of at least 880 to access the dungeon. In addition to the necessary power levels, you’ll need to equip mods that counter Overload, Barrier, and Unstoppable Champions.
It drops Void orbs
In Destiny 2, the Pit of Heresy is a level in the game. The pit represents waves of defense activities, weakened mechanisms, and a giant wall. In order to complete the pit, players must kill enemies and take their relics to the towers nearby. Void orbs are then used to damage the boss when it is standing on the green-marked area. The next phase of the Pit of Heresy is the Damage Phase, and players can proceed after completing all of the tasks in the previous phases.
If you’re a new player, or have recently leveled to a high level, it might be a good idea to start with a Void orb. These are valuable to gather, but you can duplicate the ones you get by destroying enemies and swarming mobs. Xenophage and Masterworked Trinity Ghoul are the best pets to use in this dungeon.
The new Moon activity in Pit of Heresy is called Deepening Wake, and it’s similar to Escalation Protocol and Blind Well. It involves defeating five waves of enemies and a boss. The reward is decent loot. This achievement will not be achieved unless you beat the Nightfall challenge on Master difficulty. But don’t get discouraged! There’s still plenty of time to unlock these achievements!
